AMM GROUP was first established in Firenze, Italy and Lugano, Switzerland, Siena, Italy under the name of MARTIN'S COMMUNICATION in 1999. The principal of AMM GROUP Holding, Mr. Amedee Martin MIEKE started his business career as a Business Partner & Contractor Managing in 1996. Capitalizing on the International contacts and relationships developed in this field, Mr. MIEKE Established AMM GROUP an International Trade and Capital&Investment Funding Management, now owned and coordinated through extensive family and friend’s connections.  AMM GROUP Management commenced International Trade facilitation in 2004 as a agent for established commodities organizations and high net worth individuals. Since its inception, the company has acted as an Intermediary, a Facilitator and a Mandate for Buyers & Sellers in the Mining, Petroleum, Industrial, and Agricultural Commodity arenas, Lobbying.

During the last five (5) years the structure and strategies initiated by the Company have varied by transaction. During this period, AMM GROUP Holding has established mutually beneficial relationships with international buyers, sellers and producers in the International Trade Business, International Consulting Management across the Globe. Today with its dynamic, experienced, and well-educated staff, AMM GROUP Holding is working as reliable seller or buyer, supplier, logistics advisor, and on time delivery provider forInternational Trade Management transactions. Rapid fulfillment and complete contract supply management has been the priority of the company.

AMM GROUP Holding maintains corporate headquarters in Firenze - Italy operating as an international trading company with Commodities specialty in Fashion Luxury Management, Mining, Energy and the like, and accompany all types of projects, without distinction some, Petroleum Products (D2 & JP54) and also operate as Asset Management for Trading Program/Private Placement Program (PPP) with Bank Instruments (BG, CD, MTN, BANK DRAFTS, SKR and BONDS) or Cash Funds Account via MT60, our Platform in Switzerland is an active participant in buy-sell opportunities and is as an active cutting house for these bank debentures.

Chief Executive Officer is Engineer Electronic and Food&Fashion Mananagement Mr. Amedee Martin MIEKE has over fiveteen (15) years consulting management expertise and 5 years experience in the oil&gas, mining,, contractor management and international trade business, starting as a Agent for BUYERS and SELLERS.

Since 2004, AMM GROUP Holding has entered working agreements with several trading companies all over the world. Under the stewardship of Mr. MIEKE Engineer, AMM GROUP Holding has grown substantially through mergers and joint venture arrangements. As a committed professional in the commodity trading business, international consulting management Amedee Martin MIEKE has developed many close and friendly relationships. Using business acumen developed over years of experience, Mr. MIEKE and AMM GROUP Holding are now positioned with a strong and reputable group of partners who have formed a Joint Venture specifically focussed on Refined Petroleum Trade, Mining, Energy, Agriculture, Accompany each project. 

The partnership members have extensive knowledge and experience of the African Industry, UEA Industry, Russian Oil Industry with well established relationships with every 3 major Companies ect.

For reasons of confidentiality and security for the principal members of the Joint Venture partnership, Mr. MIEKE Engineer has been elected the Chief Principal Officer of the Joint Venture for all Mining, Food&Fashion Luxury Management, Energy, Agriculture, Petroleum, Copper Powder, Stock and Bank Instruments transactions undertaken by the partnership.

Tim once dreamed of running his own online publication and first began designing and coding websites from a young age. He developed a passion for building websites and began taking on clients while still in college.

Tim oversees the creative direction at AMM GROUP Holding as well as business development.

He’s a dog person.

Samantha has travelled all over the world and worked in Australia and the UK before settling down in LA. Otherwise known in the office as the networker, Samantha’s charm and willingness to talk to anyone and everyone has been key to building our large local client base.

Despite her fondness for chit chat, Samantha is a bit of a book worm and likes nothing more than a night in with a good book.

Trevor had dreams of becoming an actor turned designer, turned web developer. Two out of three is not bad, but if we ever decide to produce a web advert we know we already have it cast.

Kim loves to make things, from pixel-perfect web graphics to screen printed posters. She has a soft spot for arts & crafts, and Italian wine. In her spare time, she likes to do yoga and take photographs of her dog Cheeta.
